ABOUT
I can help you deal with the many challenges, struggles and problems life often brings. I have an excellent track record in working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, insomnia, loneliness, powerlessness, bereavement, trauma, anger management, intrusive thoughts, low self-esteem and confidence, neurodiversity, burn out and a loss of motivation, purpose and joy in life.
My sessions can be virtual or from my practice in Harley Street, the City of London and Belgravia where you can feel entirely free and safe to reveal your innermost thoughts and just be yourself. I can help you understand what you need to feel more in control of your life and restore a sense of balance and well-being.
THERAPY IN LONDON OR ONLINE
Many people come to me during periods of anxiety, stress, relationship strains, depression or a quiet sense that something needs to change.
My role is to help you strengthen your ability to cope with the many challenges and demands you are facing and make positive changes to your life.
We will work to increase your understanding of yourself, improve your relationships with others and gain a greater sense of control and contentment.
You will never be rushed, judged, or expected to “perform” in our sessions. Instead, we take the time to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and what you need in order to move forward. You can open up about experiences or thoughts which you may not have felt able to share with anyone else and be completely honest without the need to self-censure.
I bring that professionalism into my work while ensuring the experience feels warm, human, and truly personal.
