I help busy, high-performing professionals find clarity, balance, and a sense of steadiness again. If you’re feeling stretched thin, struggling to switch off, or noticing that stress is starting to impact your wellbeing, you’re not alone and you don’t have to work through it by yourself.
My sessions can be virtual or from my practice in Harley Street which offers a calm, grounded space where you can talk openly, slow down, and begin to understand what you need in order to feel more like yourself again.
THERAPY IN LONDON OR ONLINE
Many people come to me during periods of burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship strain, or a quiet sense that something needs to change.
My role is to help you strengthen your ability to cope with the many challenges and demands you are facing and make positive changes to your life.
We will work to increase your understanding of yourself, improve your relationships with others and gain a greater sense of control and contentment.
I offer both therapy in London (from my consulting room on Harley Street) and online therapy for clients across the UK.
You will never be rushed, judged, or expected to “perform” in our sessions. Instead, we take the time to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and what you need in order to move forward.
I bring that professionalism into my work while ensuring the experience feels warm, human, and truly personal.
